I joined Chegg as a SWE intern under the Security and Fraud Engineering team during Summer 2023. During my time at Chegg, I shipped a lot of products, including a Geolocation Microservice built with Spring Boot, GraphQL, and the Netflix DGS framework to interface with MaxMind’s GeoIp2 Enterprise and Anonymous IP Databases. My service is being used in production and is fully integrated with the company's Apollo federated supergraph.
I also competed at Chegg's Gen AI Hackathon, where I build CheggRepublic, a platform to allow users to chat with multimodal study materials, via RAG and custom LLMs (built with OpenAI, Langchain, and Pinecone).
